INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small can Ziyad Brand chickpeas
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons ziyad Brand tahini
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ziyad brand vanilla powder
  • 2 tablespoons Ziyad Brand Grape Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup flour (heat-treated all-purpose flour)*
  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

Step 2

Add all the ingredients mgredievts to a food processor minus the chocolate chips and sprinkles. Process a few seconds until the dough forms.

Step 3

Stir in the chocolate chips and sprinkles. Store refrigerated for 3 to 4 days.

Step 4

Pack in jars and gift away.
