These Key Lime Energy Bites are a zesty, no-bake snack that’s perfect for a quick energy boost. Packed with natural sweetness and tangy lime flavor, they’re a guilt-free treat to keep you going throughout the day.

Directions
Step 1
Add the dates, almonds, shredded coconut, lime zest, lime juice, and salt to a food processor.

Step 2
Pulse until the mixture is well combined and sticks together when pinched. If the mixture is too dry, add more dates and blend again.
Step 3
Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into balls between your palms.
Step 4
Roll each ball in shredded coconut and lime zest to coat evenly on all sides.
Step 5
Place the energy bites in an airtight container and store them in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Serving
Makes about 16–18 energy bites.
Serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.
