Instructions
Step 1
Add the olive oil to a sautée pan and cook the onions for 5 minutes until soft and translucent. Let it cool for few minutes.

Step 2
Add the drained peppers to a food processor, the onions, and add all the remaining ingredients, Pulse the blender few times, until smooth, stopping few times to scrape the sides of the food processor. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Plate in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with toasted chopped nuts and pomegranate seeds if available. Enjoy with bread.
